IT Support

 JOB DESCRIPTION

• Installing new hardware (servers, printers, computer work stations etc)
• Overseeing security of all systems, especially the internet
• Installing anti virus protection
• Fixing network faults
• Technical support for people using the network
• Training staff on new systems
• Day to day admin and monitoring of network use
• Suggesting IT solutions to business problems
• Troubleshooting IP PBX

Requirements:

•  
• D3 / S1 Computer Science / IT / Engineering
• At Least 2 years experience in service desk / technical desk support
• Proficient Windows Systems, Linux Systems, Networking, Troubleshooting
• Ability to work in individual / team Have high work motivation, energetic, and creative
• Tenacious and hardworking and responsible for job
